HAPPY TENANTS – AS HOMES (SCOTLAND) – BONHILL, DUMBARTON
Laura and Scott Dickson, moved into a three-bedroom home built by AS Homes (Scotland) in Bonhill as tenants of Caledonia Housing Association earlier this year. With a growing family, Laura and Scott Dickson needed more living space, the private rental properties on offer in Dumbarton were priced out of budget and on investigating their options, Laura and Scott soon understood that Caledonia Housing Association presented as an ideal opportunity for them.
Laura and Scott were delighted that they did not have to wait long to be offered a two-bedroom flat on Aitkenbar Drive in Bellsmyre, Dumbarton. The top floor flat worked well in the short-term, but when their second child was born, they soon realised the need for more living space and a further bedroom…
